Hailey Garza is a Lighting Designer currently studying at Carnegie Mellon University's School of Drama. She has worked as a Lighting Designer, Assistant Lighting Designer, Master Electrician, Assistant Master Electrician, Programmer, and Lighting Technician. Hailey is also a 2025 ETC Fred Foster Mentee.
Raised in Buckeye, Arizona (yes, it is very hot), Hailey didn't get much a chance to be exposed to much theatre before heading to Pittsburgh for college. Now in Pittsburgh, she enjoys watching the snow fall in the winter, and more importantly, taking in the art scene around her and basking in the beautiful work her peers and mentors create.
After graduating with her B.F.A in May 2026, she will be moving to New York City.
